CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90- 164
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
PLANNING COMMISION; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 0-90-23 restructured the Planning
Commission to consist of five (5) reglar members to serve for two
(2) year terms and one (1) alternate member to serve a one (1) year
term, appointed by and to serve at the pleasure of the City Council
and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing
members to the Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That pursuant to Ordinance No. 0-90-23, the
following are HEREBY APPOINTED as regular members of the Planning
Commission for terms to expire April 15, 1992;
Morton Winter
Alfred Robbins
SECTION-2: That the following person is HEREBY APPOINTED
as an alternate member of the Planning Commission for a term to
expire April 15, 1991:
Abe Garr
SECTION 3 The appointments contained in this Resolution
shall become effective June 26, 1990.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS 18th day of June, 1990.
