R-90- Zj A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR UNDERGROUND TANK REMEDIATION PROGRAM; BID NO. 90-16; AND -PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.----- - WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale News/Sun Sentinel, a newspaper of general circulation in Broward County on June 4, 1990, and June 11, 1990; and WHEREAS, bids were opened on June 14, 1990; and WHEREAS, Missimer and Associates, Inc., is the lowest fully responsive and -responsible bidder. . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the bid of MISSIMER AND ASSOCIATES, INC., in the amount of $103,772.76 to remove five underground gasoline and fuel oil tanks and clean up contaminated soil and groundwater at the Public Works Site for Project 90-16, Underground Tank Remediation Program, is HEREBY APPROVED. SECTION 2: That approval is given for the budget transfer in the amount of $6,000.00 from "Revenue Account Transfer to General Fund" Account 325-381-001 to "Public Works Site Environmental" Account 325-654-539-4YB and for the budget transfer in the amount of $6,000.00 from "Contingency" Account 001-872-588-975 to "Public Works Transfer to Public Service" Account 001-872-581-95A.
