A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE
CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE A TERMINATION
OF DECLARATION OF UNITY OF TITLE WITH
TAMARAC HOSPITAL CORPORATION FOR UNIVERSITY
HOSPITAL; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the appropriate City officials are
hereby authorized to execute a Termination of. Declaration of Unity
of Title with Tamarac Hospital Corporation for University Hospital,
a copy of said document being attached hereto as "Exhibit I".
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record said document in the public records of Froward
County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.

TERMINATION'OF DECLARATION OF UNITY OF TITLE
THIS TERMI N OF DECLARATION OF UNITY OF TITLE is entered into as of
the L day o 1990 by TAMARAC HOSPITAL CORPORATION, INC., a
Florida corpora on and a CITY OF TAMARAC, a body politic of the State of
Florida.
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, Tamarac Hospital Corporation, Inc., a Florida corporation
10 executed that certain Declaration of Unity of Title dated May 21, 1985 and
recorded in Official Records Book 12811 at Page 16 of the Public Records of
Broward County, Florida ("Declaration"); and
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac accepted and approved said Declaration
pursuant to Resolution No. R-85-161 dated May 8, 1985; and
WHEREAS, Tamarac Hospital Corporation, Inc. and the City of Tamarac desire
to terminate the Declaration and release the property encumbered thereby from
the terms, provisions and restrictions contained in the Declaration.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
the parties hereto do hereby agree and declare that the Declaration be and
hereby is terminated and is of no further force and effect whatsoever as of
the date hereof and that the property encumbered by the Declaration be and
hereby is fully released from the restrictions contained therein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Termination of
Declaration of Unity of Title as of the date first set forth above.
