CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90- I75-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED BY THE CHEROKEE GROUP, INC., TO GUARANTEE
INSTALLATION OF ALL REQUIRED LANDSCAPING FOR THE
AMOCO OIL STATION LOCATED AT 8291 NORTH UNIVERSITY
DRIVE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Cherokee Group, Inc., has filed with the City a
cash performance bond in the amount of $750.00 to guarantee
installation of all the required landscaping prior to the addition
of a car wash at the Amoco Oil Station located at 8291 North
University Drive, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the Community Development Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said cash bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash performance bond posted by the
Cherokee Group, Inc., in the amount of $750.00, posted to guarantee
installation of all the required landscaping prior to the addition
of a car wash at the Amoco Oil Station located at 8291 North
University Drive, Tamarac, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
