CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90- / 71,;,
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A BILL OF
SALE ABSOLUTE FROM J. LADD HOWELL, PRESIDENT,
CLASSIC COMMERCIAL VILLAS, FOR THE WATER
DISTRIBUTION AND SEWAGE COLLECTION SYSTEM
IMPROVEMENTS FOR CLASSIC COMMERCIAL VILLAS; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by J. Ladd
Howell, President, Classic Commercial Villas, for the water
distribution and sewage collection system for Classic Commercial
Villas, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record said document in the public records of Broward
County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this
1990.

All of the above further described in "As-
Builts" Plans for Classic Commercial Villas

file with the City of Tamarac.
