CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90- M
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY CLASSIC COMMERCIAL
VILLAS, INC., FOR CLASSIC COMMERCIAL VILLAS; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Classic Commercial Villas, Inc., as Principal, and
Northern Trust Bank of Florida, N.A., as Surety, has filed with the
City performance Letter of Credit No. 87293 in the amount of
$40,160.00 to guarantee public improvements at Classic Commercial
Villas; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said performance bond upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond
in the amount of $16,072.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That performance Letter of Credit No. 87293 posted
by Classic Commercial Villas, Inc., as Principal, and Northern
Trust Bank of Florida, N.A., as Surety, in the amount of $40,160.00
for public improvements at Classic Commercial Villas is HEREBY
RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the
amount of $16,072.00.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption. -b-Al
