A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ASSIGNMENT OF
ONE (1) ERC FOR LOT 10 OF WOODMONT TRACT
70 FROM ESTATE HOME BUILDERS, INC., TO
JEROME AND SUSAN LAUFER; AUTHORIZING THE
APPROPRIATE CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE AN
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND CONSENT TO
ASSIGNMENT= AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Assignment of one (1) ERC from Estate
Home Builders, Inc., to Jerome and Susan Laufer, for Woodmont
Tract 70, Lot 10, IS HEREBY APPROVED, a copy of said Assignment
being attached hereto as "Exhibit 1".
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are hereby
authorized to execute an Acknowledgement of Agreement and
Consent to Assignment concerning the Assignment of one (1) ERC
from Estate Home Builders, Inc., to Jerome and Susan Laufer,
for Woodmont Tract 70, Lot 10, a copy of said document being
attached hereto as "Exhibit 2".
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record said documents in the public records of
Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption. 1L
