CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90--2
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
BY PINE ISLAND OXFORD LIMITED
PARTNERSHIP, FOR THE HIDDEN HARBOUR
PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Pine Island Oxford Limited Partnership, as
Principal, and The Travelers Indemnity Company, as Surety, has
filed with the City a warranty bond in the amount of $99,985.00
posted for public improvements for the Hidden Harbour project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the warranty bond posted by Pine
Island Oxford Limited Partnership, as Principal, and The Travelers
Indemnity Company, as Surety, in the amount of $99,985.00 for
public improvements for the Hidden Harbour project, is HEREBY
RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.

WHEREAS, John M. Loeffler has filed with the City a per-
formance bond in the form of Pass Book Account No. 700428 issued by
Hollywood Federal Savings and Loan in the amount of $18,327.00 to
guarantee public improvements at Tamarac Park Shopping Center; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said bond without requiring a warranty bond as the one-year
warranty period has already been satisfied in that the project was
completed more than one year ago.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the performance bond posted by John M.
Loeffler in the form of Pass Book Account No. 700428 issued by
Hollywood Federal Savings and Loan in the amount of $18,327.00
for public improvements at Tamarac Park Shopping Center is HEREBY
RELEASED without requiring a warranty bond as the one-year warranty
period has already been satisfied in that the project was completed
more than one year ago.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
