CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90- AQ to
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR RACECLOCK AND
PRINTER, BID NO. 90-18; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale
News/Sun Sentinel, a newspaper of general circulation in Broward
County, Florida, on Friday, June 15, 1990 and Friday, June 22,
19901 and
WHEREAS, bids were opened on Friday, June 29, 1990; and
WHEREAS, Electro-Numerics', Inc., is the lowest fully
responsive and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA;
SECTION 1: That the bid of Electro-Numerics, Inc.,
in the amount of $2,854.00 for Raceclock and Printer is HEREBY
APPROVED with funding to come from Account #001-550-572-643, Parks
and Recreation Machinery and Equipment.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. Zkl
