CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90- 1—yo
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING A SPECIAL EXCEPTION FOR
ON -PREMISES CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE TO SAL
GALLUZZO, OWNER CASA LINDA RESTAURANT LOCATED AT
8765 N.W. 57TH STREET; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, on December 28, 1988, the City Council adopted
Resolution R-88-348 which granted Special Exception to permit
on -premises consumption of beer and wine to Craig Carlino,
D/B/A/ DaVinci's Italian Restaurant, 8765 N.W. 57th Street,
Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to transfer said
Special Exception to the new owners of the restaurant at the
above-metioned location; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 88--348 provided that the subject
Special Exception could not be transferred to any other
individual or location without City Council approval ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1: That the Special Exception permitting
consumption of beer and wine is hereby transferred from Craig
Carlino, D/B/A/ DaVinci's Italian Restaurant to Sal Galluzzo,
Owner, Casa Linda Restaurant located at 8765 N.W. 57th
Street, Tamarac.
SECTION 2: The following conditions apply:
1. The hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00
a.m., local time, with no sale of beer and wine
prior to noon on Sundays.
2. The Special Exception is not transferrable to any
other individual, corporation or any other location
: without the approval of the City Council.

SECTION 3:" This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
