CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90-/f/
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 1-FOOT PARTIAL
SUBORDINATION OF EASEMENT ALONG THE EAST
PROPERTY LINE OF LOT 9, BLOCK 36, WOODLANDS
SECTION 7, 5713 BAMBOO CIRCLE, TAMARAC,
FLORIDAi AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the 1-foot Partial Subordination of
easement along the east property line of Lot 9, Block 36,
Woodlands Section 7, 5713 Bamboo Circle, Tamarac, Florida as
described on "Exhibit 1" attached, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record said agreement in the public records of
Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
upon adoption.
