R-90- 3 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE FOUR (4) AMENDED EASEMENTS BETWEEN PERPETUAL ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPANY, INCORPORATED, AND THE CITY OF TAMARAC- FOR SPRING HOUSE APARTMENTSI AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to execute four (4) amended easements between Perpetual Asset Management Company, Tamarac for Spring House Apartments: Incorporated, and the City of Amendment to Fire Hydrant Easement Amendment to Utility Easement Amendment to Flowage Easement Amendment to Public Safety Ingress/Egress Easement A copy of said amended easements are attached hereto as Exhibits 1, 2, 3 and 4. SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record said documents in the public records of Broward County, Florida.
