CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90- Mo
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTEDFOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY SECURITY
SUPERMARKETS, INCORPORATED, FOR INSTALLATION
OF BURGLAR ALARMS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Security Supermarkets, Inc., has filed with the City
a cash performance bond in the amount of $150.00 to guarantee
installation of burglar alarms in the City of Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Department has been advised that
during the time the bond has been in effect, Security Supermarkets,
Inc., has performed no work in the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond posted by Security
Supermarkets, Inc., in the amount of $150.00 posted to guarantee
installation of burglar alarms in the City of Tamarac, is HEREBY
RELEASED,
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
