CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90-
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE REORGANIZATION
OF THE UTILITIES/ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT BY THE
ELIMINATION OF SOME POSITIONS AND THE CREATION
OF OTHER POSITIONS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the Utilities/Engineering Director has
expressed an intention to reorganize that department and, through
that reorganization, will realize a net annual savings of
approximately $61,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends adoption of this
Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Council hereby authorizes the
elimination of the following positions in the Utilities/Engineering
Department:
