CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH
PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED TO GUARANTEE
COMPLETION OF BID #90-7, EXCAVATION AND
DISPOSAL OF SLAKED LIME SLUDGE AND
DETRITUS FROM COLONY WEST COUNTRY CLUB
CANAL BY D.R.D. ENTERPRISES; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, D.R.D. Enterprises has filed with the City a cash
performance bond in the amount of $2,000.00 to guarantee completion
of Bid #90r 7, Excavation and Disposal of Slaked Lime Sludge and
Detritus from Colony West Country Club Canals and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said cash performance bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash performance Bond posted by D.R.D.
Enterprises in the amount of $2,000.000 posted to guarantee
completion of Bid #90-7, Excavation and Disposal of Slaked Lime
Sludge and Detritus from Colony West Country Club Canal, is HEREBY
RELEASED to D.R.D. Enterprises, 7000 Nova Drive, #306, Davie,
Florida 33317.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption. vt
