t UNIVERSAL, INC., TO PROVIDE CHLORINE
SUPPLIES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990/19911 AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

6 WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale
News/Sun Sentinel, a newspaper of general circulation in Broward
County, Florida, on Friday, August 31, 1990 and Friday, September 7,
19901 and
30 WHEREAS, bids were opened on Wednesday, September 12,

12 WHEREAS, Allied Universal, Inc., is the lowest fully
33 responsive and responsible bidder.
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
