CITY.OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90- 4P7,1_
A RESOLUTION REVISING THE RATE FOR THE RESIDEN-
TIAL GARBAGE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL FEE; PROVI-
DING FOR 100% BILLING OF SAID FEE; REPEALING
RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Section 19-53 of Chapter 19 of the City Code
sets the rate of the garbage collection and disposal fee as a
per-centage of the actual cost incurred by the City under its
residential garbage collection and disposal contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the rate of 100% of the actual cost
incurred by the City under its residential garbage collection
and disposal contract shall be established as a residential
garbage collection and disposal fee. r
SECTION 2:
Said fee shall be revised to -the following
charge per month for:
(a) curb service per unit
other than condominium.............$9.96
(b) dumpster service per
unit condominium ................... 4.91
Said fee shall be billed on the customers regular
utility bill.
SECTION 3:
All resolutions or parts of resolutions in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall be effective immedi-
ately upon approval. The fee assessed pursuant to this reso-
lution shall commence October 1, 1990.
