A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR GROUP HEALTH
5 INSURANCE, BID NO. #90-14; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale
News/Sun Sentinel, a newspaper of general circulation in Broward
County, Florida, on May 29, 1990 and June 5, 1990; and
1G WHEREAS, bids were opened on July 2, 1990; and
11 WHEREAS, HUMANA HEALTH CARE is the lowest fully responsive
12 and responsible bidder.
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
14 FLORIDA:
15 SECTION 1: That the bid of HUMANA HEALTH CARE in the
16 following monthly amounts with funds to be taken from various
17 departmental accounts whose employees are in the HUMANA HEALTH CARE,
