RESOLUTION NO. R-90- 1
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SALARY
INCREASE FOR EXECUTIVE/MANAGERIAL,
CONFIDENTIAL AND SUPERVISORY EMPLOYEES
FOR ALL INDIVIDUALS OUTSIDE OF THE
CITY'S COLLECTIVE BARGAINING UNITS;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Manager has proposed a salary increase
for all executive/managerial, confidential and supervisory
employees outside of the City's bargaining units; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered this plan and
wishes to implement it.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: A salary increase of six percent (6%) is
hereby granted all permanent and permanent part-time executive/
managerial, confidential and supervisory employees.
SECTION 2: That all appropriate budget transfers
required to fund the provisions of this Resolution are hereby
approved.
SECTION 3: That said increase shall be retroactive to
October 1, 1990.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall take effect upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1990.
