CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90- en?_
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY
TRANSCAPITAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
FOR JASMINE AT WOODMONT= AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Transcapital Development Corporation, as Principal,

and Aetna Casualty and Surety Co., as Surety, has filed with the

City a performance Bond in the amount'of $132,658.50 to guarantee
2
public improvements at Jasmine at Woodmontt and
3
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
5
of said performance bond upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond
6
in the amount of $60,095.50.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the performance Bond posted by Transcapital
Development Corporation, as Principal, and Aetna Casualty and

Surety Co., as Surety, in the amount of $132,658.50 posted for

public improvements at Jasmine at Woodmont is HEREBY RELEASED,
3
24 subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of
$60,095.50.

SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
