CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90-Z.33_
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
TO PERMIT THE OPERATION OF A RESTAURANT AT
THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD
AND N.W. 70TH AVENUE IN BAY #1 OF MARKETPLACE
AT TAMARAC; REQUESTED BY STEPHEN SILLS;
PETITION #28-Z-90; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the granting
of special exception to permit the operation of a sit-down restaurant
at the northeast corner of Commercial Boulevard and N.W. 70th Avenue in
Bay #1 of Marketplace at Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing thereon
and has recommended approval of this application; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and the public has been
given an opportunity to express their views concerning the application
for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
Petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public
1 health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,

SECTION 1: That the Petition for special exception to permit the
operation of a sit-down restaurant at the northeast corner of
Commercial Boulevard and N.W. 70th Avenue in Bay #1 of Marketplace at
Tamarac, requested by Stephen Sills, Petition #28-Z-90, is HEREBY
APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:.'
Subject to verified proof of properly sized dumpsters.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
