RESOLUTION NO. R-9 0-v2 3 T
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
FOR ON -PREMISES CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEV-
ERAGES BY A RESTAURANT PROPOSED FOR THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD AND
N.W. 70TH AVENUE, IN BAY #1 OF MARKETPLACE AT
TAMARACI REQUESTED BY STEPHEN SILLS; PETITION
#29-Z-90; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for
the granting of a special exception to permit the on -premises
consumption of alcoholic beverages by a restaurant proposed
for the northeast corner of Commercial Boulevard and N.W.
70th Avenue, in Bay #1 of Marketplace at Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public
has been given an opportunity to express their views
concerning the application for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
the application for special exception would be in keeping
with public health, safety and general welfare of the City of
Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the application for special exception
to permit the on -premises consumption of alcoholic beverages
by a restaurant proposed for the northeast corner of
Commercial Boulevard and N.W. 70th Avenue, in Bay #1 of
Marketplace at Tamarac, requested by Stephen Sills, Petition
#29-Z-90, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:

SECTION 3: This resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
