CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
. RESOLUTION NO. R-90- iZ.3 S
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A .,PERFORMANCE:
BOND POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY
EDWARD KAPLAN FOR GREENVIEW APARTMENTS;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Edward Kaplan, as Principal, and Flagler
Federal Savings and Loan, as Surety, has filed with the City
performance Letter of Credit No. 890823 in the amount of
$70,806.00 to guarantee public 'improvements at Greenview
Apartments; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has
recommended release of said performance bond upon receipt of
a one --year warranty bond in the amount of $45,612.75.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the performance Letter of Credit No.
890823 posted by Edward Kaplan, as Principal, and Flagler
Federal Savings and Loan, as Surety, in the amount of
$70,806.00 posted for public improvements at Greenview
Apartments is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-
year warranty bond in the amount of $45,612.75.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon.adoption. .,
