RESOLUTION NO. R-90-'e-'4Z®
A RESOLUTION DECLARING POLICE DISPATCH
COMMUNICATIONS CONSOLE, AND RELATED EQUIPMENT
AS SURPLUS PROPERTYY AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac is desirous of disposing of
various Police Dispatch materials which are no longer used or
which have become obsolete or worn out.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESbLVED BY THE.CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the various Police Dispatch Communica-
tions Console and related equipment listed on the attached
"Exhibit 1" are hereby declared surplus property.
SECTION 2: The City Administration is hereby authorized
to proceed with implementing the procedures for the disposing
of the above referenced surplus property pursuant to the Code
of Ordinances and all applicable law.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this;��day of 06Z�.V , 1990.
