A RESOLUTION AWARDING BID #90-23 TO CONSPEC
SOUTH, INCORPORATED FOR SELECTED ABRASIVE
RESISTANT MATERIALS FOR IN-HOUSE REHABILI-
TATION OF SEWER SYSTEM MANHOLES AND WET WELLS
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990/19911 AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale
News/Sun Sentinel, a newspaper of general circulation in Broward
County, Florida, on Friday, August 31, 1990 and Friday, September
7, 19901 and -
WHEREAS, bids were opened on Wednesday, September 12,
19901 and
WHEREAS, Conspec South, Inc., is the lowest fully
responsive and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the bid of Conspec South, Incorporated,
5 NW 3 Avenue, Dania, Florida 33004, at an estimated cost of
$40,000, for the annual requirement of abrasion resistant coating
material for in-house rehabilitation of sewer system manholes and
wet wells for Fiscal Year 1990/1991, Bid #90-23, is broken down as
