CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90- ,Z
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SALARY ADJUSTMENT
FOR TWENTY-ONE (21) TEMPORARY, PART --TIME
EMPLOYEES OUTSIDE THE CITY'S COLLECTIVE
BARGAINING UNITS; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Manager has proposed a salary adjustment
for twenty-one (21) temporary, part-time employees outside the
bargaining unitst and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered this proposal and
desires to implement it.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That a salary increase of six percent (6%) is
y-
granted to twenty-one (21) temporary, part-time employees as
indicated in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part thereof.
SECTION 2: That all appropriate budget transfers required to
fund the provisions of this Resolution are hereby approved.
SECTION 3: That said adjustment shall be retroactive to
October 1, 1990 for those temporary, part-time employees employed
by the City on or by October 1, 1990.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption. ''tt�
