RESOLUTION NO. R-90-4,Z50
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORM-
ANCE BOND POSTED FOR RESTORATION OF
THE MODEL SALES AREA LOCATED AT 6010-
6040 NW 93 AVENUE, TAMARAC; POSTED BY
THE LANDINGS ON CYPRESS GREENS; PERMIT
#86-3158; FOR THE LANDINGS OF CYPRESS
GREENS PROJECT AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The Landings on Cypress Greens has filed with the
City a cash performance Bond in the amount of $5,858.00 to guarantee
restoration of the model sales area, located at 6010-6040 NW 93
Avenue, Tamarac, posted by The Landings of Cypress Greens; Permit
#86-3158; for The Landings of Cypress Greens project; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the work
has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of
said performance bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION- 1: That the cash performance Bond posted by The
Landings
guarantee
of Cypress Greens in the amount of $5,858.00 posted to
restoration of the model sales area, located at 6010-6040
NW 93 Avenue, Tamarac; Permit #86--3158; is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1990.
