RESOLUTION NO. R-90-2251a_�
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A BILL
OF SALE ABSOLUTE FROM LENNAR HOMES, INC.,
FOR THE WATER DISTRIBUTION AND SEWAGE
COLLECTION SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR DEVON
PHASE I AND PHASE Ili AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC# FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by
Lennar Homes, -Inc., for the water distribution and sewage
collection system for'Devon Phase I and Phase II is HEREBY
APPROVED.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to record said document in the public records of
Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this /V day of -441a 1990.

All of the above further described in "As --Built" Plans
for DEVON PHASE I AND PHASE II
a copy of which is on file with the City of Tamarac.
