CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R -90- -2Sj
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A BID FOR TAMARAC'S
SURPLUS POLICE COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the'City Council declared the Police
Communications Equipment surplus property by Resolution
R-9�0-2�40 , adopted on October 24, 1990s and
WHEREAS, the sale of surplus property was advertised
-in the Fort Lauderdale News/Sun Sentinel, a newspaper of
general circulation in Broward County on November 1, 1990
and November 8, 19901 and
WHEREAS, proposals were submitted to the City
Managed and
WHEREAS, the City of Oakland Park, is the highest
fully responsive and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the bid of the City of Oakland Park
in the amount of $45,000.00 for Tamarac's surplus police
communications equipment, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City Officials are
hereby authorized to execute any and all contract documents
necessary in connection with acceptance of this bid.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.

approved the purchase of the Radio Console and related electronic
equipment from the City of Tamarac in the amount of $45,000.00.
