CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90 �1
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY
R.R. DEVELOPMENT CORP., FOR THE
MARKETPLACE AT TAMARAC PROJECT; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, R.R. Development Corp., as Principal, and Inter-
national Fidelity Insurance Company, as Surety, has filed with the
City a performance Bond in the amount of $52,343.00 to guarantee
public improvements at The Marketplace at Tamaracs and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said performance bond upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond
in the amount of $20.403.76.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the performance Bond posted by R.K.
Development Corp., as Principal, and International Fidelity
Insurance Company, as Surety, in the amount -of $52,343.00 posted
for public improvements at The Marketplace at Tamarac, is HEREBY
RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the
amount of $20,403.76.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon adoption.
