A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY
FL HOMES,INC.,FOR COLONY COVE PROJECT=
AND-PROVIDINGAN EFFECTIVE DATE. -
WHEREAS, FL Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Barnett Bank,
as Surety, has filed with the City performance Letter of Credit
#037-LC-375285 in the amount of $172,725.03 to guarantee public
improvements at the Colony Cove project= and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said performance bond upon receipt of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $43,181.26.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That performance Letter of Credit #037-LC 375285
posted by FL Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Barnett Bank, as
Surety, in the amount of $172,725.03 posted for public
improvements at the Colony Cove project, is HEREBY RELEASED,
subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of
$43,181.26.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon adoption.
