A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A BILL
OF SALE ABSOLUTE FROM BRITISH COLONIAL
RESORT VILLA ASSOCIATES, LTD., FOR THE WATER
DISTRIBUTION AND SEWAGE COLLECTION SYSTEM
IMPROVEMENTS FOR COLONY COVE (PARCEL L OF
WOODLAND LAKES)f AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE

AC BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMAR, FLORIDA:
SECTION -I: That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by
British Colonial Resort Villa Associates, Ltd., for the water
distribution and sewage collection system for Colony Cove (Parcel L
of Woodland Lakes), is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION-2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to record said document 'in the public records of
Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
