CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90 -,2�61S
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE
EXCEPTION TO PERMIT THE OPERATION OF A
RESTAURANT IN BAYS 12, 13 AND 14 OF
POINT PLAZA, LOCATED AT NOB HILL ROAD
AND WESTWOOD DRIVE, TAMARAC; REQUESTED
BY PEBB ENTERPRISES; PETITION #32-Z-90;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exception to permit the operation of a sit-down
restaurant in Bays 12, 13 and 14 of Point Plaza, located at Nob
Hill and Westwood Drive, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing
thereon and has recommended approval of this application; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and the public has
been given an opportunity to express their views concerning the
application for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
Petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public
health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Petition for special exception to permit
the operation of a sit-down restaurant in Bays 12, 13 and 14 of
Point Plaza, located at Nob Hill Road and Westwood Drive, Tamarac,
requested by Pebb Enterprises, Petition # 32-Z-90, is HEREBY
APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
1. Submittal" of documentation that the dumpsters are
properly sized (this submittal may be made at the
time of building permit application). Applicant must
demonstrate that the size of the dumpster, in cubic
yards of storage, is sufficient to store the garbage
from the restaurant and.any other dumpster users.
2. Submittal of documentation concerning the required
and provided parking spaces.

SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption. JrA'
