CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUT ION NO. R-90- ,•Z7.2-
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING A SPECIAL USE
EXCEPTION TO PERMIT A LAUNDROMAT IN
BAY 3 OF BUILDING C, AT LAKESIDE
PLAZA, 5429 NORTH STATE ROAD 7. TO
CHARLES GALLICHIO, OWNER, D/B/A
LAKESIDE PLAZA COIN LAUNDRY; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS the Code of the City of Tamarac adopted
Resolution R-85-112 granting a special exception use to
permit the operation of a Laundromat In Bay 3 of Building C
at Lakeside Plaza, 5429 North State Road 7, to S. Frances
Krasnoff, President, D/B/A Lakeside Plaza Coln Laundry; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds
that the transferring of the special exception to Charles
Gallichlo, Owner, D/B/A Lakeside Plaza Coln Laundry, would be
In keeping with the public health, safety and general welfare
of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 : That the request to transfer the special
exception to permit the operation of a laundromat In Bay 3 of
Building C at Lakeside Plaza, 5429 North State Road 7 is
hereby transferred to Charles Gallichlo, Owner, D/B/A
Lakeside Plaza Coln Laundry.
SECTION 2 : Conditions of approval:
1) The applicant shall be required to pay all appropriate
fees associated with the special exception transfer.
12) The special exception is transferrable, by City Council
action, pursuant to compliance with City Codes and sub-
mitting documentation.

SECTION 3 This Resolution shall become effective
