CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTON NO. R-90 2_ 7,3
A RESOLUTON TRANSFERRING A SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE
FOR A RESTAURANT WITH ON -PREMISES CONSUMPTION OF
BEER AND WINE TO ARNE SOREIDE, PRESIDENT SKANDIA
ENTERPRISES OF TAMARAC, INC., D/B/A SEA GRILL AND
BAR, LOCATED AT 5819 NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS; On June 28, 1989, the City Council adopted
Resolution R-89-186, granting a Special Exception use to
permit a restaurant with on -premises consumption of beer and
wine to Alan R. Palmieri, President D/B/A Bay Street Restau-
rant, located at 6819 North University Drive, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS; The City Council wishes to transfer said
Special Exception Use to the new owner of the restaurant at
the ebcve-:rentloned location; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 : That the Special Exception Use permitting
a restaurant with on -premises consumption of beer and wine Is
HEREBY TRANSFERRED to Arne Sorelde, President, Skandla
Enterprises of Tamarac,.lnc., D/B/A Sea Grill and Bar, which
will operate Its business at the same location.
SECTION 2 : The following conditions shall apply:
1. The applicant shall be required to pay all
appropriate administrative fees associated
with the Special Exception Use transfer.
2. The hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m.
to 2:00 a.m., local time, with no sale of
beer and wine prior to noon on Sundays.
3. The Special Exception Use Is transferable,
administratively, by City staff, pursuant
to compliance with City Codes and submitting
documentation.
SECTION 3 This Resolution shall become effective
Immediately upon Its passage.
