BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to execute Amendment No. 2 to an agreement dated December 9, 1987 with Scharf & Associates, Incorporated for archi- tectural services for Tamarac Public Works and Public Utilities/ Engineering Complex on Land Section 7, in Broward County, Florida; a copy of said agreement being attached hereto as "Exhibit 1". ARTICLE 4 TIME AND PERFORMANCE 4.1 The ARCHITECT shall perform the services described in Sections 1, 2 and 3 of Exhibit "A" within exe-hundred-twenty six-f1264 one hundred fifty (150) calendar days from the date of written Notice to Proceed. Time is of the essence. Therefore the Architect shall commence the design phases of the Project as described in Sections 1 2 and 3 of Exhibit "A" on a "fast track" basis in order to expedite the completion of desi n for this Project.
