CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90- 3�
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A
PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED FOR COMPLETION
OF LANDSCAPING, IRRIGATION AND A JOGGING
PATH BY LENNAR HOMES FOR THE FAIRFAX
NEIGHBORHOOD RECREATION FACILITY; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes has filed with the City a Letter of
g Credit No.20679 in the amount of $14,325.00 to guarantee completion
10 of landscaping, irrigation and a jogging path at the Fairfax
Neighborhood Recreation Facility; and

WHEREAS, the Community Development Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:
That the Letter of Credit No.20679 posted by
Lennar Homes in the amount of $14,325.00 for completion of land-
scaping, irrigation and a jogging path for the Fairfax Neighborhood
Recreation Facility is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2 This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 15� day of 1990.
