CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH
PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED FOR LANDSCAPING
BY LENNAR HOMES FOR FAIRFAX II AND
FAIRFAX III PROJECTS; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes has filed with the City a cash Bond in
the amount of $900.00 to guarantee landscaping at Fairfax II and
Fairfax III projects; and
WHEREAS, the Community Development Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash Bond posted by Lennar Homes, in
the amount of $900.00 for landscaping at Fairfax II and Fairfax
III projects is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2 This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this IV- day of 1990.
