CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY
ATLANTIC NATIONAL BANK OF FLORIDA FOR
ATLANTIC BANK N/K/A FIRST UNION,
LOCATED AT 7201 W. MCNAB ROAD, TAMARAC;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Atlantic National Bank of Florida, has filed with
9 the City Letter of Credit No. 522 in the amount of $5,462.91 to
10 guarantee public improvements at Atlantic Bank N/K/A First Union,
located at 7201 W. McNab Road, Tamarac; and
12 WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
13 work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
14 of said bond upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount
15 of $1,365.73.
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
17 TAMARAC, FLORIDA;
18 SECTION 1.: That the Letter of Credit No. 522 posted by
Atlantic National Bank of Florida, in the amount of $5,462.91 for
public improvements at Atlantic Bank N/K/A First Union is HEREBY
21 RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one --year warranty bond in the
22 amount of $1,365.73.
23 SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon
