RESOLUTION NO. R-90--3g
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE
CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE A RELEASE OF
EASEMENT RELEASING AN EASEMENT DATED
AUGUST 8, 1972 AND RECORDED ON SEPTEMBER
12, 1972 IN THE 0. R. BOOK 4988, AT PAGE
189 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR THE R.K. PLAT;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1r That the appropriate City officials are hereby
authorized to execute a Release of Easement releasing an easement
dated August 8, 1972 and recorded on September 12, 1972 in 0. R.
Book 4988, Page 189 of the Public Records of Broward County,
Florida, for the R.K. Plat, a copy of said document being attached
hereto as "Exhibit 1".
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record said document in the Public Records of Broward
County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption. PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this /`'/ day of 1990.

RELEASE OF EASEMENT
KNOW BY ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS NOW, that:
The CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA, a Florida municipal
corporation, and as successor in interest to TAMARAC
110 UTILITIES, INC., for and in consideration of the sum of
J TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, does hereby release, cancel and discharge all
of its right, title, interest, claim, easement and demand in,
to, over, above, under and across real property described as
follows:
The Westerly 14.9 feet of Parcel A as
described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
This instrument is intended to release, cancel and
discharge that certain Easement dated August 8, 1972 and
recorded on September 12, 1972 in Official Records Book 4988,
at Page 189 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.
