CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--90-_,440
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH BOND POSTED
FOR INSTALLATION BURGLAR ALARMS BY
DEPENDABLE SECURITY SYSTEM, INC.;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Dependable Security Systems, Inc., has filed with the
City a cash Band in the amount of $150.00 for installation of
burglar alarms; and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Department has recommended release of
said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash Bond posted by Dependable Security
Systems, Inc., in the amount of $150.00 for installation of burglar
alarms is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this �� day of 1990.
