CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90-/4/-/
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH BOND
POSTED FOR INSTALLATION OF BURGLAR
ALARMS IN THE CITY BY DSI; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE._
WHEREAS, DSI has filed with the City a cash Bond in the amount
of $150.00 for installation of burglar alarms; and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Department has recommended release of
said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash Bond posted by DS1 in the amount of
$150.00 for installation of burglar alarms in the City is HEREBY
RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1990.
