CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90- 41,Z
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED BY VITALE FIREWORKS DISPLAY
CO., INC., FOR JULY 4, 1989 FIREWORKS AT
TAMARAC SPORTS COMPLEX, AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Vitale Fireworks Display Co., Inc., as Principal,
and International Fidelity Insurance Company, as Surety, has filed
with the City Bond No. 831534 in the amount of $6,595.00 to
guarantee July 4, 1989 fireworks display at Tamarac Sports Complex;
and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has found that the work
has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of
said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA;
SECTION 1:
That the Bond No. 831534
posted by Vitale Fire-
works Display Co.,
Inc., as Principal, and
International Fidelity
Insurance Company,
as Surety, in the amount
of $6,595.00 for July
4, 1989 fireworks at
Tamarac Sports Complex
is HEREBY RELEASED.
