CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90--
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THREE (3)
TURN LANES BY L & R PAVING, INC., FOR
TAMARAC MUNICIPAL COMPLEX; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, L & R Paving, Inc., as Principal, and Southeastern
Casualty & Indemnity Insurance Company, as Surety, has filed

with
the City Bond No. W00199 in the amount of $25,500.00 to guarantee

construction of three (3) turn lanes at Tamarac Municipal Complex;
and

WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has found that the work
has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of
said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA;
SECTION 1: That the Bond No. W00199 posted by L & R Paving,
Inc., as Principal, and Southeastern Casualty & Indemnity Insurance
Company, as Surety, in the amount of $25,500.00 for Construction
of three (3) turn lanes at Tamarac Municipal Complex is HEREBY
RELEASED.

SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
