RESOLUTION NO. #90-
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A B1D FOR TWO (2) THREE
QUARTER (3 /4 ) TON FULL S12ZE Pl.('KUP STYLE
TRUCKS WITH UTILITY BODY, BID NO. 90-3; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale
News/Sun Sentinel, a newspaper of general circulation in
Broward County on. Thursday, January 11, 1990 and Thursday,
January 18, 1990; and
WHEREAS, bids were opened on Friday, January 26, 1990;
and
WHEREAS, Maroone Chevrolet, Incorporated., is the lowest
fully responsive and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE; COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMAR.AC, FLORIDA;
SECTION 1: That the bid of Maroone Chevrolet., Incor-
porated, 1341 Southwest 52nd Avenue, Plantation, Florida
33023, in the amount. of $27,620.00, for the purchase of two
(2) three quarter (3/4) ton full_ size pickup style trucks
with utility body, with funds to be taken from Account
#425-367-533-640 and Account #425-364�535-640 entitled. TUW
Vehicles, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon adoption.
