CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--90-,5-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH WARRANTY
BOND POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
BY VALENTI MANAGEMENT, INC., FOR THE
TACO BELL PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Valenti Management, Inc., has filed with the City
a cash warranty bond in the amount of $1,435.63 posted for
public improvements for the Taco Bell project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1; That the cash warranty bond posted by Valenti
Management, Inc., in the amount of $1,435.63 for public
improvements for the Taco Bell project, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2; This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. 19-1
