CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH BOND POSTED TO
GUARANTEE REMOVAL OF A TEMPORARY PARKING LOT BY LAKES
OF CARRIAGE HILLS, INC., IN CONNECTION WITH A MODEL
SALES OFFICE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
WHEREAS, Lakes of Carriage Hills, Inc. has filed with the
City a cash bond in the amount of $500.00 to guarantee removal of a
temporary parking lot in connection with a model sales office; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the work
has been satisfactorily completed.and has recommended release of
said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond posted by Lakes of Carriage
Hills, Inc., in the amount of $500.00 to guarantee removal of a
temporary parking lot. in connection with a model sales office is
HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
