CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--90- =ga
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY STATE FARM MUTUAL
AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY FOR STATE FARM
SERVICE CENTER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, as
Principal, and State Farm Fire and Casualty Company, as Surety,
has filed with the City a Bond in the amount of $62,887.50 to
guarantee public improvements at State Farm Service Center
project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said bond upon receipt of a one year warranty bond in the
amount of $15,721.75.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bond posted by State Farm Mutual
Automobile Insurance Company, as Principal, and State Farm Fire
and Casualty Company, as Surety, in the amount of $62,887.50 for
public improvements at State Farm Service Center is HEREBY
RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the
amount of $15,721.75.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective i.mme-
dat.ely upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 4;�ff day of 1990.
