CITY OF' TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED FOR
WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS BY LENNAR
HOMES, INC. FOR DEVON PHASE I; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Citibank,
N.A., as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit No.
NY 0489--30004377 in the amount of $43,936.25 to guarantee the water
distribution system improvements at Devon Phase I; and
WHERAS, the City engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said bond upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount
of $16,593.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. NY--0489-30004377
posted by Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Citibank, N.A., as
Surety, in the amount of $43,936.25 for, the water distribution
system improvements at Devon Phase I, is HEREBY RELEASED, subject.
to receipt of a one --year warranty bond in the amount of $16,593.00.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
