CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--90- 60
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED FOR
SEWAGE COLLECTION SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS BY LENNAR
HOMES, INC. FOR DEVON PHASE I; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Citibank,
N.A., as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of Credit No.
NY-0489-30004376 in the amount of $29,132.50 to guarantee
sewage collection system improvements at Devon Phase I; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has
recommended release of said bond upon receipt of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $12,894.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That. the Letter of Credit No.
NY-0489-30004376 posted by Lennar Homes, Inc. as Principal,
and Citibank, N.A., as Surety, in the amount of $29,132.50
for sewage collection system improvements at Devon Phase I,
is HEREBY RELEASED, subject. to receipt of a one-year warranty
bond in the amount of $12,894.00.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
